HOLY WEEK
Holy Week is the culmination of the Christian year. In prayer and worship, we walk with Jesus from his triumphal entry into Jerusalem to his betrayal and death on the cross. Finally, we gather on Easter to celebrate his glorious resurrection.

Palm Sunday | March 29, Service at 10:30am
Holy Week begins as we welcome Jesus into our midst, commemorating his triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Weather permitting, the service begins outside with the Liturgy of the Palms, followed by a procession into the building, then a dramatic reading of Jesus’ betrayal and death from the Gospel of Matthew.
At 9:30am, we will have Sunday for adults while children are invited to participate in an activity with Ms. Lucy Grace.
Children’s chapel and nursery will be available on on Palm Sunday.
Maundy Thursday | April 2 at 6:30pm
On Thursday evening, we meet with Jesus in the upper room, remembering his last supper with his disciples and his commandment to love one another. The Communion service ends with the stripping of the altar, a solemn act of preparation for Good Friday.
Children’s chapel and nursery will be available on Maundy Thursday.
Good Friday | April 3 at 6:30pm
On Good Friday, the most solemn day of the Christian year, we look to the cross on which Jesus died for our salvation. This poignant service of prayer leaves us with eager anticipation for the arrival of Easter.
Nursery will be available on Good Friday. Children are invited to remain with their families for the duration of this service.
The Great Vigil of Easter | April 4 at 6:30pm
The Great Vigil of Easter is the culminating point of the Christian year and the first liturgy of Easter Day. In it, we witness the light of Christ breaking into the darkness, we hear the story of God’s saving work in history, we renew our baptismal vows, and we feast on the sacramental food of our risen Lord.
Make sure you bring your pots and pans (or other noisemaking devices) for the first alleluia of Easter!
Nursery will be available during the Great Vigil of Easter. Children are invited to remain with their families for the duration of this service.
Easter Day | April 5, Service at 10:30am
The celebration of Easter continues on Sunday morning. Join with us as we celebrate the grace of our risen Lord in a service of Holy Communion!
At 9:30am, we’ll enjoy a potluck breakfast in the parish hall and an Easter egg hunt for the children outside. If you plan to join us for these, please register using the link below.
